SiteAssist provides:
- AI-powered chat assistants trained on customer-provided data
- Website crawling and indexing
- Public REST API access
- Analytics tools for visitor interaction data
We may update, enhance, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SiteAssist for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Upload, share, or use content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt service operation
- Send spam, malware, or other malicious content through SiteAssist
- Use SiteAssist to store or process sensitive personal data unless explicitly agreed upon
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.
6. Customer Data & AI Content
- You retain ownership of the data you upload, including website content, Q&A entries, and training materials.
- By using SiteAssist, you grant us the right to process your data for the purpose of providing our services.
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI responses before relying on them.
7. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party providers:
- AI Model Providers: OpenAI, xAI, Anthropic, Grok
- Data Storage & Hosting: Upstash Vector, Upstash Redis, Neon PostgreSQL, Vercel, Fly.io
- Analytics: PostHog
Your use of these features is also subject to the respective third-party terms.
8. Payment & Subscriptions
- Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use causes harm to our infrastructure or other users
- Required by law or regulatory order
Upon termination, your data will be deleted from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
- SiteAssist is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.
- We are not responsible for actions or content generated by AI models.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to use SiteAssist in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of SiteAssist after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
